A well-established solicitors' firm in Manchester is looking for a motivated, friendly individual to join their team as a Receptionist / Administration Apprentice. This is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on legal office experience while working towards a recognised qualification, all while being welcomed and supported by an experienced team of legal professionals.
What You'll Do
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Handle client enquiries in person and over the phone
- Log calls, visitors, deliveries and correspondence
- Process incoming and outgoing post
- File, scan and maintain electronic records
- Support solicitors with day-to-day office admin
- Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming
- Build your knowledge of legal office procedures and client care standards
Training You'll Receive
- Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
- Full on-the-job training and mentoring from experienced staff
- Mandatory workplace training completed as part of the role
