This apprenticeship sits within our Customer Solutions team and is centered on Ligentix, our customer platform. You'll spend your time helping customers and branches use the system well, keeping our support content accurate, testing new features, and taking on light data and reporting work. It's a broad role that gives you real exposure across customer support, systems, and process improvement while you work towards your qualification. You'll be supported by an experienced team throughout, with mentoring alongside your structured training.

Duties:
  • Support customers and branches with Ligentix, answering queries and helping them get the most from the platform.
  • Assist with customer onboarding and training, helping new users get up and running.
  • Maintain knowledge articles, user guides, and SharePoint content so information stays current and easy to find.
  • Support the testing of new features before release, helping catch issues early.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and escalate where appropriate.
  • Support system rollouts and drive user adoption.
  • Produce basic reports and help identify process improvements.
  • Carry out data validation and basic analysis.
