We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team in Enfield EN2.

Our nursery offers a warm, home-from-home environment where children are encouraged to learn through play, explore the outdoors, and develop confidence, curiosity and independence. We believe every child deserves the very best start in life, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional early years education and care.

About the Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

  • Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years.

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.

  • Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through play.

  • Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

  • Complete observations and learning journeys.

  • Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.

  • Promote safeguarding and follow nursery policies and procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (essential).

  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.

  • A genuine passion for supporting young children's development.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Positive, reliable and proactive attitude.

  • Previous nursery experience is desirable.
