Business Administrator Apprentice (IT Asset Disposal)

This is a varied, customer-facing role focused on growing an IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) operation. You'll be responsible for contacting organisations to offer IT collection and disposal services, managing client relationships, and coordinating collection logistics. As the business expands, there is genuine opportunity for the role to develop and take on greater responsibility.
What you'll do:
- Manage and develop a database of existing ITAD customers, including schools, businesses, and other organisations.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to arrange IT equipment collections.
- Contact new organisations by phone and email to promote IT disposal services and generate new business.
- Research and identify potential new customer sectors and sources of leads.
- Plan efficient collection routes and coordinate with the warehouse team.
- Oversee the full collection process, from booking through to post-collection reporting.
- Support marketing activity through email campaigns and other promotional methods.
- Identify opportunities to introduce customers to refurbished IT equipment where appropriate.
- Help improve business processes and systems as the company continues to grow.

Qualifications required
GCSEs (or equivalent): English – Grade 3 or above, Maths – Grade 3 or above
