About the Role

As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will play an important role in supporting daily
office operations. You will gain practical experience across administration, purchasing, data
management, customer communication, and general business support functions.
This apprenticeship provides an excellent foundation for a long-term career in business
administration, office management, purchasing, or operations.

Key Responsibilities

● Processing purchase orders and updating internal systems
● Monitoring and tracking orders from suppliers
● Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
● Accurately entering and maintaining business data
● Managing emails and supporting day-to-day office communications
● Assisting with reports, documents, and administrative records
● Supporting colleagues with general administrative tasks
● Maintaining organised filing and record-keeping systems
● Providing general office support as required

Skills and Requirements

● GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent)
● Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, email, and data entry
● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
● Good verbal and written communication skills
● Reliable, professional, and willing to learn

Experience
● No previous administration or office experience required
● Full training and ongoing support provided
