As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you provide essential administrative support across the business, gaining hands-on experience in administration, customer service, recruitment support, and client relationship management. Working alongside experienced professionals, you develop practical workplace skills in a fast-paced and supportive office environment.
Key Responsibilities
As part of your apprenticeship, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
- Communicate professionally with clients and candidates by telephone, email, and in person.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records using internal databases and systems.
- Assist with candidate registrations, compliance checks, and onboarding documentation.
- Arrange interviews and manage interview confirmations.
- Prepare, update, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain organised digital and paper filing systems.
- Develop skills to manage your portfolio of clients and candidates as your confidence and experience grow.
- Support marketing activities, social media content, and business development projects where appropriate.
- Contribute to team projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role and level of the apprenticeship.

Entry Requirements
Essential:

Training
You will work towards the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.
Your apprenticeship includes:
- One day per week of structured learning at the training provider's campus.
- Dedicated off-the-job training, equivalent to at least 20% of your working hours, including classroom learning, coursework, and workplace development.
- Ongoing support from your apprenticeship tutor and workplace mentor throughout your programme.
