A growing legal support company in Timperley is hiring a Business Administration Apprentice to join their team. The company specializes in support services relating to County Court Judgments (CCJs), so this is a great way to get hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal and business environment — no legal background needed, just strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Be Doing
- Speak with clients by phone to gather information, statements, and case updates
- Check documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Update and maintain case management systems
- Provide friendly, professional client care and admin support
- Handle day-to-day office tasks — filing, scanning, photocopying, email management
- Help keep legal case files compliant and up to date
- Support task management and case progression
- Attend regular training sessions and reviews with your supervisor
- Assist legal professionals and clients with daily administration
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — this is the most important thing
- Confidence speaking on the phone with clients
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Some previous administration experience is a plus, but not essential
- A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Training & Progression
You will work towards a nationally recognized Level 3 Business Administration qualification, supported by a dedicated tutor throughout your apprenticeship. There may be an opportunity for a permanent role at the end of the apprenticeship.
