A growing legal support company in Timperley is hiring a Business Administration Apprentice to join their team. The company specializes in support services relating to County Court Judgments (CCJs), so this is a great way to get hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal and business environment — no legal background needed, just strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Speak with clients by phone to gather information, statements, and case updates
  2. Check documentation for accuracy and completeness
  3. Update and maintain case management systems
  4. Provide friendly, professional client care and admin support
  5. Handle day-to-day office tasks — filing, scanning, photocopying, email management
  6. Help keep legal case files compliant and up to date
  7. Support task management and case progression
  8. Attend regular training sessions and reviews with your supervisor
  9. Assist legal professionals and clients with daily administration

What We're Looking For

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills — this is the most important thing
  2. Confidence speaking on the phone with clients
  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  4. Good organisational and time management skills
  5. Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  6. Some previous administration experience is a plus, but not essential
  7. A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
  8. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Training & Progression

You will work towards a nationally recognized Level 3 Business Administration qualification, supported by a dedicated tutor throughout your apprenticeship. There may be an opportunity for a permanent role at the end of the apprenticeship.
