IT Apprentice

As an IT Apprentice, your primary role will be to fix IT problems via the telephone, email and remote access software.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve IT issues via telephone, email and remote access software
- Resolve support calls in the first instance, or liaise with suppliers or colleagues
- Provide regular communications of ticket progress with users
- Ensure the service desk ticketing system is always up to date and accurate with notes of all communications

- Good problem-solving abilities
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- The ability to work within set guidelines
This role will primarily be based at our Head Office in Exeter. Working hours are rotated from 07:30 to 16:30, to 8:30 to 17:30, to 09:00 to 18:00, Monday – Friday.
