As a Senior Professional Chef Apprentice, you'll work alongside an experienced kitchen team, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of a professional kitchen. Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll develop the skills and confidence needed to build a successful career in hospitality.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to prepare and serve high-quality dishes.

  • Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to deliver an excellent dining experience for guests.

  • Learn and follow food hygiene, food handling, and sanitation standards at all times.

  • Gain an understanding of health and safety legislation, food safety procedures, and kitchen sanitation practices.

  • Use and maintain kitchen and dishwashing equipment safely and correctly.

  • Develop knowledge of catering operations and how a busy commercial kitchen is organised.

  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment while supporting the team to meet high standards of quality and service.

  • Learn how to work effectively within a professional kitchen while contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
