You will spend times with all of our key Digital Services Teams throughout the apprenticeship.

Examples of the daily responsibilities include:

Eliciting information from clients in a succinct manner.
Recording any work requests accurately in our bespoke Service Desk application.
Fixing certain issue reported by clients during their initial contact.
Creating and managing Active Directory objects.
Liaising with both internal and third party support teams.
The ideal candidate is someone who:

Is punctual and reliable.

Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
Has a positive “can do” attitude.
Has a strong desire to follow an IT career pathway.
The successful applicant will undertake an 18 month Information Communication Technician - Support Technician Apprenticeship. You will work towards the following modules:

Networking and Architecture
Mobile and Operating Systems
Cloud Services
Coding and Logic
Business Processes
Functional skills in IT, English and maths (if required)
