An Apprentice Business Administrator is recruited to complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship over 18 months. The role handles emails from customers, suppliers and other queries; plans diaries and daily rotas for installations; answers phones and arranges appointments for customers; manages invoices and quotations and chases payments; engages with customers face-to-face in the showroom; occasional Saturdays may be required; and takes payments. The apprenticeship provides hands-on experience in administrative support and customer service.
