As part of the IT support team, you will provide first-line technical support to customers and develop practical skills across a wide range of technologies. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced engineers and gain valuable industry experience.

What You'll Do

Duties will include:

  • Providing first-line technical support to customers via remote support tools.

  • Assisting users with IT-related queries and troubleshooting issues.

  • Managing and administering user accounts.

  • Configuring and preparing computers, laptops and other devices.

  • Supporting office administration tasks where required.

  • Accompanying engineers on customer site visits and installations.

  • Learning to use remote support and network management systems.

  • Supporting a variety of technologies including Windows PCs, Macs, iPads, Chromebooks and Windows Servers.

  • Gaining experience with networking technologies such as switches, wireless networks and VLANs.

  • Assisting with VoIP, CCTV and access control systems.
