Business Admin Apprentice (Provisioning Support)

A great opportunity to start your career in business administration with a well-established telecommunications company. You'll join the Provisioning Support team, learning how to manage customer orders, support business operations, and work alongside some of the UK's leading telecoms providers. No experience needed — full training and mentoring provided.
Processing customer orders for mobile, broadband and business communication services. Updating and maintaining customer records on internal systems. Supporting the Provisioning team with general admin tasks. Liaising with suppliers and internal departments on order accuracy. Monitoring automated processes and resolving issues. Processing SIM changes, upgrades, number ports and service amendments. Supporting stock admin, including booking equipment in and out. Responding to customer enquiries by email and phone. Assisting with packaging and preparing equipment for dispatch. Delivering excellent customer service throughout.

Apprenticeship eligibility: Must not already hold a Level 3 (or above) administration qualification. Must meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths. Must have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility.
