Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 4.30pm. Friday, 8.30am - 3.30pm.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant Apprentice, you'll work closely with experienced consultants and learn how to manage the full recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn the recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to successful placement.

  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, LinkedIn and internal databases.

  • Screen CVs and conduct telephone interviews with candidates.

  • Write engaging, SEO-friendly job adverts to attract quality applicants.

  • Build relationships with candidates and understand their career goals.

  • Support consultants with arranging interviews and providing candidate feedback.

  • Communicate professionally with clients and candidates by telephone and email.

  • Research companies and identify new business opportunities.

  • Make outbound business development calls and email prospective clients.

  • Update the CRM and maintain accurate candidate and client records.

  • Shadow experienced Recruitment Consultants to develop sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Complete your apprenticeship training alongside your day-to-day role.

  • An interest in sales, recruitment or business development.

Previous recruitment experience is not required as full training will be provided.

Training

You will complete a nationally recognised Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship, gaining valuable industry experience while developing the knowledge and skills needed for a successful recruitment career.
