A Digital Marketing Assistant plays a pivotal role in enhancing the firm’s online presence and marketing initiatives while working under the supervision of the Marketing Manager. This position is designed to offer hands-on experience in a professional setting and is integral to the firm’s digital marketing efforts.

The primary responsibilities include managing social media platforms, creating and scheduling engaging content, updating the firm's website, and overseeing digital marketing materials. The apprentice will report directly to the Marketing Manager, assisting in ensuring effective online presence and engagement.

What You’ll Do at Work

  1. Content Management: Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms and the firm’s website while aligning all content with the firm’s branding and messaging.
  2. Social Media Support: Manage daily social media activity, respond to basic inquiries, and monitor engagement across platforms.
  3. Website Maintenance: Support updates to the firm's website, ensuring content is uploaded accurately and remains user-friendly.
  4. Campaign Support: Assist with digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and online promotions.
  5. SEO & Analytics: Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activities and monitor website and social media performance through analytics.
  6. Digital Asset Management: Organize and maintain digital marketing materials such as images, videos, and documents.
  7. Compliance & Branding: Ensure all content adheres to branding guidelines and complies with legal and regulatory standards.
  8. Training & Support: Help create basic guidance materials and provide support to staff using digital platforms when required.

Essential Qualifications

Applicants should possess GCSEs in English and Mathematics at Grade 4/C or above. Sharing additional qualifications or relevant industry experience is encouraged. The apprenticeship may be tailored based on existing knowledge and skills.
