Are you looking to start a career in recruitment? We're looking for a motivated Recruitment Apprentice to join our busy recruitment team in Romford. This is a brilliant entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and working towards targets — no previous recruitment experience required.
You'll work alongside experienced recruitment consultants, learning how to source, screen and place candidates, while studying towards a nationally recognised recruitment qualification.
Recruitment Apprentice Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, headhunting and internal databases
- Writing, posting and updating job adverts, and monitoring candidate responses
- Building and managing relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Providing administrative support to the wider recruitment team
- Working towards agreed KPIs and recruitment targets
- Identifying new business opportunities and progressing leads
- Building a pool of compliant, work-ready candidates
- Managing a busy daily workload and prioritising tasks effectively
Recruitment Apprentice Requirements
No experience in recruitment is necessary — full training and support provided. We're looking for someone with:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- A non-judgemental, professional attitude
- Confidence speaking with people over the phone and face-to-face
