On the Job Responsibilities
- Comply with and maintain planning procedures,guidelines, and processes.
- Create preliminary schedules for projects at theproposal phase
- Coordinate and align departmental planning toolswith project schedules.
- Maintain and manage the central project database.
- Create and implement different levels of projectcontrol documents
- Update and manage reporting models using advancedExcel.
- Ensure resource allocation (labour, assets,equipment) aligns with project timelines.
- Support Shipping and Mobilisation in terms ofproviding a forecast schedule of mobilization and ROS (Required on Site)
- Support the PQT / WPQT management with requiredplanning and scheduling tasks
- Coordinate schedule interfaces acrosssubcontractors, suppliers, logistics, site teams, workshop, supply chain,management, and clients.
- Update and manage reporting models using advancedExcel.
- Rotation plan between different departments tocomply with the apprenticeship requirement
