On the Job Responsibilities

  • Comply with and maintain planning procedures,guidelines, and processes.
  • Create preliminary schedules for projects at theproposal phase
  • Coordinate and align departmental planning toolswith project schedules.
  • Maintain and manage the central project database.
  • Create and implement different levels of projectcontrol documents
  • Update and manage reporting models using advancedExcel.
  • Ensure resource allocation (labour, assets,equipment) aligns with project timelines.
  • Support Shipping and Mobilisation in terms ofproviding a forecast schedule of mobilization and ROS (Required on Site)
  • Support the PQT / WPQT management with requiredplanning and scheduling tasks
  • Coordinate schedule interfaces acrosssubcontractors, suppliers, logistics, site teams, workshop, supply chain,management, and clients.
  • Update and manage reporting models using advancedExcel.
  • Rotation plan between different departments tocomply with the apprenticeship requirement

Qualifications required

Stronggeneral education with GCSE in Maths & English (grades A-C).

Training you'll get

As part of your Apprenticeship, you will be enrolled onto a nationally recognised Project Controls Technician Level 3 standard via our training partner, Learning Skills Partnership . Your Apprenticeship typically takes 27 months to complete and is fully supported through a combination of regular online lessons, e-learning materials, and access to their team of experts for 1-2-1 advice and support.
