Do I need A-Level maths?
Not usually. Employers generally ask for GCSE maths; strong numeracy matters more than advanced maths.
Can I become a chartered accountant without a degree?
Yes. Level 7 apprenticeships lead to chartered status with bodies such as ACCA, ICAEW and CIMA.
What is AAT?
AAT is the standard accountancy technician qualification, commonly taken at Levels 2–4 and a frequent starting point in finance.
