Mon–Thurs 07:30–16:00 | Fri finish 15:00
About the role
We’re looking for a Stores Person to join the team at HMP Holme House. If you’ve worked in a stockroom or stores environment and like being hands-on, this could be a great fit.
You’ll help keep things running smoothly by managing stock, delivering items, and supporting day-to-day operations across the site.
What you’ll be doing
- Keeping stock organised and under control
- Delivering items around site to staff and workshops
- Supporting and supervising prisoners working in stores
- Picking up items locally when needed
What we’re looking for
- Experience in stores/stockroom or similar
- Comfortable working in a prison environment
- Basic IT skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Manual handling knowledge is a bonus
You’ll need prison security clearance and Standard DBS – we’ll support you.
