Support Worker Apprentice

We are a trusted provider of Supported Accommodation based in South Birmingham. Fully registered with OFSTED, we operate five local homes where our dedicated and compassionate team supports and empowers young people to thrive. We put young people at the HEART of our homes which forms the foundations of our HEART ethos.

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

• English (grade 4 and above)
• Math's (grade 4 and above)

Other requirements

Due to the age of the young people we support, and the importance of maintaining clear professional boundaries, our organisation has established a minimum age requirement of 22+ for staff working directly with our young people.
