Customer Service Practitioner Apprentice (Level 2)

We are a successful family-run tile merchant serving homeowners, tradespeople, interior designers, house builders and commercial customers. Operating from a retail showroom and off-site warehouse, we supply high-quality wall and floor tiles, tiling accessories and associated products throughout the local area and across the UK.

8.00am- 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch break and a 15 min break in the morning and afternoon. 37 hours 30 minutes a week1 yearCommunication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Logical, Team working, Initiative, Physical fitness, Must have a driving license , There will be some heavy lifting and showroom cleaning and maintenance, Role can be labour intensive

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

• English (grade A* - C / 9 - 4)
• Maths (grade A* - C / 9 - 4)
