Martin Brookes are a leading and pioneering one-stop Estate Agency. The company is owned by landlords and property investors, who therefore understand landlords needs better than most estate agents. We provide an innovative and bespoke service, which relieves the stress you encounter whether you are buying, selling, letting or renting a property. Our partnership incorporates Estate Agency, Property Maintenance, Independent Mortgage and Financial Consultants, and Solicitors. We have an excellent administration team, who work with us to ensure the efficiency and expedience of our service to meet the company ethos, which is to "be transparent, add value and find solutions". Our team of staff are highly qualified, extremely knowledgeable and recognised in their independent professions. We are dedicated to providing a professional service with a personal touch. Our dynamic, multi-lingual team generates a constant stream of high quality enquiries from both local and overseas customers and maintains a large register of corporate and international contacts. We have a very client orientated code of conduct with a pro-active approach to identify and meet your requirements. Whatever the enquiry, you will find an array of competent staff to assist and answer your queries.
