Skills required
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a retail/medical environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems, electronic medical records (EMR), and basic office software.
- Prior experience in retail, medical administration, or optics is preferred but not always required (on-the-job training is often provided).
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with computers, office software (MS Office/G Suite), and billing systems. Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or optical software is highly desirable.
Qualifications required
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in medical reception, business administration, retail sales, or customer service. (Prior optical experience is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
