List of duties

Housekeeping Duties
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to a high standard
  • Change bed linen and replenish towels, toiletries, and amenities
  • Carry out routine room inspections and report maintenance issues
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and stored correctly
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Food & Beverage Duties
  • Assist with the setup, service, and clearing of food and beverage areas
  • Serve food and drinks in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchenettes, and service stations
  • Follow food hygiene regulations and safety procedures
  • Support stock replenishment and basic food preparation where required


Guest Services Duties
  • Provide a warm welcome and assist guests with queries or requests
  • Support check-in/check-out processes where required
  • Offer local information and recommendations to guests
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate where necessary
  • Always ensure a positive guest experience
