List of duties
Housekeeping Duties
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to a high standard
- Change bed linen and replenish towels, toiletries, and amenities
- Carry out routine room inspections and report maintenance issues
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and stored correctly
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Food & Beverage Duties
- Assist with the setup, service, and clearing of food and beverage areas
- Serve food and drinks in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchenettes, and service stations
- Follow food hygiene regulations and safety procedures
- Support stock replenishment and basic food preparation where required
Guest Services Duties
- Provide a warm welcome and assist guests with queries or requests
- Support check-in/check-out processes where required
- Offer local information and recommendations to guests
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate where necessary
- Always ensure a positive guest experience
