The duties of a Service Technician/Mechanic may include:

  • Repairing and replacing faulty parts and components.
  • Advising the Service Receptionists about required repairs.
  • Producing time estimates.
  • Maintaining repair and service records.

Please note, the Service Technician/Mechanic role varies slightly by employer based upon the specific needs within the location.

Training will be delivered using a combination of virtual classroom remote learning and face-to-face block release weeks at our state-of-the-art training centre.

Successful applicants must be prepared to travel to the Jaguar Land Rover Academy, in Leamington Spa, to complete their apprenticeship training. All training-related costs are fully covered as part of the programme, including travel, accommodation, and meals.
