- The control point in the creation of materials in Navision - Validate and ensure correct setup of materials (Ingredients / Packaging / Semi finished and finished goods).
- Liaise with stakeholders regarding materials, ensuring all data standards are met prior to submitting info to setup.
- Be actively involved in the new product development process in order to ensure products are set up accurately and in time for launch.
- Creation of new customer accounts and application for credit insurance.
- Create and maintain accuracy of all Bill Of Materials (BOMs) and recipes in Navision.
- Responsible for data administration in the Navision system and ensuring the correct procedures are being followed.
- Review of processes to provide continuous improvement to efficiency and controls ensuring that commercial finance processes are followed at all times.
