Admin Assistant Apprentice

Primary Responsibilities
- Administrative and clerical support to the team, including booking accommodation and hire cars, posting equipment. Tracking our pledge to net zero outputs throughout the year (electricity usage, mileage etc) and create a report.
Assist with financial tasks such as inputting expenses sheets and drafting customer invoices
- Assistwith compliance for ISO (monitoring of completeness of health and safetydocuments, approved supplier registers and much more)
- Timesheetmanagement for specific projects

- Ideally some previous experience in an office admin environment
Qualifications required
- GCSE5 and above in Maths and English
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- A-Levels
- Wordprocessing and spreadsheet competence
