An Apprentice Nursery Practitioner role at N Family Nursery in Chertsey (Surrey) is available.

The position is full-time (40 hours per week) with 20% of time spent on learning. The apprenticeship is Level 3 Early Years Educator (Level 2 or 3 depending on experience) for 17 months plus 2 months to complete End Point Assessment. You rotate through the nursery rooms to gain hands-on experience and receive apprentice training in Early Years, equipping you to progress into a qualified educator role and potentially move into a managerial route or a specialist area.

You support the delivery of basic childcare routines, uphold our learning through play ethos, develop activities, build strong relationships with parents and follow safeguarding procedures. Shifts are flexible within opening hours (7am-7pm).

What we offer includes a weekly wage of £342–£362.40 and an hourly wage of £8.55–£9.06.

Funding of your apprenticeship; you are part of N Academy which could put you on track for an EY degree once completed.

A performance-related bonus of up to £750 per year (once working within ratio). Up to 32 days holiday per year (including bank holidays; 1 day for your birthday; 3 days during Christmas and New Year) to start, rising with length of service.
