| The role requires someone with a can-do attitude and broad appreciation of marketing, but at its core a desire to learn and advance in the world of digital. You’ll work alongside our Digital Client Managers and our freelance partners to create work that delivers outstanding outcomes for our client's brands.
The role and responsibilities As a key member of the client services team, the key responsibilities of the Digital Executive are to:
•Assist in build trusting relationships by providing excellent customer service to our clients, in order to support our high client retention record. •Support Strategic Client Leads, Digital Client Managers and Digital Project Leads in the delivery of work to agreed timings and budgets. •Work alongside the wider team to understand the clients' goals and objectives. •Respond to client enquiries and requests as required promptly, providing accurate and helpful information. •Collate and create weekly and monthly reports based on our activity undertaken, with the ability to talk through the context. •Develop a knowledge of the brands we work with and their customers, enabling you ensure this is represented in our work. •Support account strategy and proposals, by gathering insights on competitors, the market and our own account performance. •Ensure contact reports and WIP’s are created and kept up to date, supporting on administrative tasks as required. •Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital communication tools. •Support in the cross-channel delivery of account work, working with the wider team. |

Ultimately though, what’s required is a passion for marketing and all things digital, coupled with a desire to learn and deliver great work. • Proficient in Microsoft outlook, word, excel • Experience with different LLMs ideally. |
