Stroller concessions at shopping centres, amusement/theme parks and zoos

Massage chairs at transportation, shopping and entertainment centres, and fitness clubs.

Long-term baggage storage,baggage wrapping and excess baggage storage services at airports, malls, and major bus/train stations.


PositionSummary

To provide administrative and operationalsupport across the HR function whilst completing a Level 3 HR SupportApprenticeship. The role offers practical experience across the employeelifecycle under the guidance of the HR team.

Key responsibilities

· Support recruitment, onboarding,and induction activities.

· Maintain accurate HR recordsand personnel files.

· Prepare contracts, letters,and HR documentation.

· Arrange training and probation reviews.

· Support employee engagement initiatives.

· Support employee relations processes through administrative duties and note-taking under supervision.

· Assist with HR reporting anddata analysis.

· Create HR communications andmanage HR social media content.

· Support compliance with GDPR and employment legislation.

· Undertake general HR administration.

· Assist with reference checks and right to work administration.

· Support absence and wellbeing administration.

· Prepare meeting packs and maintain confidential records.

· Produce presentations and internal communications.

· Support employer branding and careers events.

· Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism when managing sensitive employee information.


Employee Relations and Confidentiality

As part of your development, you may support employee relations processes by attending formal meetings, such as investigations, grievance, or disciplinary meetings, for learning and note-taking purposes.

You will not be responsible for managing employee relations cases, interviewing witnesses,or making decisions. Attendance at formal meetings will always be under the supervision of an experienced HR professional, who will provide guidance, support,and feedback throughout your apprenticeship.

Due to the sensitive nature of HR work, you will always be expected to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.Comprehensive training will be provided in confidentiality, data protection and information security.

Qualifications required

GCSE English and Maths Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
