Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Data entry, updating employee and admin files using Netdocs
  • Monitoring the HR Inbox, answering queries and escalating to others where necessary
  • Assisting with administration of employee benefits and wellbeing activities
  • Supporting the firm's Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes
  • Creating basic correspondence and communicating with partners and employees in person and on email
  • Updating the HR pages on the intranet
  • Organising employee gifts
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports
  • Contributing to various projects and initiatives as required
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Training you'll get

BPP apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry-experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.

Future prospects

Whilst we cannot guarantee that a role will be available at the end of the apprenticeship, our last apprentice has remained with the HR team and has progressed to HR Advisory Assistant. Other opportunities for career progression arise from time to time.
