HR Apprentice

- Data entry, updating employee and admin files using Netdocs
- Monitoring the HR Inbox, answering queries and escalating to others where necessary
- Assisting with administration of employee benefits and wellbeing activities
- Supporting the firm's Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes
- Creating basic correspondence and communicating with partners and employees in person and on email
- Updating the HR pages on the intranet
- Organising employee gifts
- Assisting with the preparation of reports
- Contributing to various projects and initiatives as required
- Other ad-hoc duties
