Join N Family Club as an Apprentice Nursery Practitioner in Guildford, Surrey.

You rotate across nursery rooms to gain hands-on experience in all areas of our nurseries while completing a Level 2-3 Early Years apprenticeship.

You learn and train for a specific job, with regular one-to-one sessions with a dedicated trainer, and you study at least 20% of your working hours.

The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with 20% of time spent on learning, and you work flexible shifts within opening hours (7am-7pm). You support the delivery of basic childcare routines, uphold our 'learning through play' ethos, innovate with activities, build strong relationships with parents, and follow safeguarding procedures.

Upon completion, you progress to a qualified educator role with potential to move into management or pursue a specialism.

The apprenticeship includes funding and progression opportunities via the N Academy, and the vacancy is permanent on successful completion.

Qualifications required

GCSE Maths and English (grades 4-9 or A-C) or Functional Skills Level 2; Must be 16 or over and not in full-time education.
