- Maintain the highest standards of honesty and integrity in all dealings with clients, colleagues and all people with whom you come into contact
- Accurately and comprehensively to record all time spent in accordance with the firm’s time recording system
- Carry out such administrative duties as may be required on files maintained and supervised by fee earners
- Assist in, and undertake, legal research
- Maintain and collate relevant resources and publications
- Deal with routine correspondence and telephone calls
- Where requested, to be involved in the production of newsletters, marketing materials and other documents for the benefit of clients generally
- Develop knowledge and understanding by attendance at relevant in house training sessions to support personal and career development.
- To carry out all other reasonable duties, as requested

Skills required
- Consistently demonstrating an understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion
- Strong written communication skills, with excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail
- Proficient in IT, including a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Effective administrative abilities, including accurate record-keeping, organisation, and time management
- Collaborative and self-motivated, able to work confidently both as part of a team and independently
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
Qualifications required
- Five GCSEs with grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), including English language and maths; plus
- 96 UCAS points at A level (CCC) or equivalent
