Full on-the-job training within the salon with experienced stylists
Work-based learning towards a recognised Hairdressing qualification (e.g. Level 2/Level 3)
Training in cutting, colouring, styling, blow-drying, and client consultation techniques
Health and safety, hygiene, and salon professionalism training
Product knowledge and retail training using professional haircare brands
Customer service and communication skills development
Regular progress reviews and mentor support
Potential to progress to a qualified stylist role upon completion
