Mercedes Benz have had over 1,500 apprentices graduate from their apprenticeship schemes. They have also recently had an investment of £3 million which has built a brand-new training centre, with state-of-the-art facilities at Milton Keynes.
With the apprenticeship schemes, you will get the opportunity to go to the academy, staying in your own room at a local hotel. Entertainment is provided - which can include games nights, team building and even karting can be offered to you, as a Mercedes Benz apprentice! You will also have breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel and a selction of lunch options at the training centre.

What apprenticeships do Mercedes Benz do?
Light Vehicle Technician (Passenger Cars)
Initially focussing on service maintenance and basic repairs on passenger cars, you’ll get the opportunity to progress to using specialist diagnostic equipment to work on complex fault diagnosis and repair.
You’ll have the opportunity to learn to maintain and repair some of the most advanced components available to Mercedes-Benz passenger cars so you can move into more and more challenging areas of motor engineering if that is what you wish…
Parts Operations Specialist
You’ll have one of the most diverse jobs in the business with this role. Learning how to manage stock, process orders and organise displays to promote vehicle parts.
In the future, you could be in a customer facing role, learning how to serve a large variety of customers who go to Mercedes-Benz. Becoming the face of the company to many of it’s consumers.
Heavy Vehicle Technician (Trucks and Vans)
You’ll be working with the most advanced trucks and vans on the market in this role. Discovering how the cutting-edge technology was developed initially.
You’ll have an in-depth understand of how these heavy goods vehicles can travels hundreds of thousands of miles carrying heavy loads.
