Baltic are taking a look at some of the average salaries in the tech industry and showing you just how far an apprentice with Baltic Training can take you.

Baltic Training offer multiple IT apprenticeships which can open many doors for the apprentices who complete them, from IT Pro level 3 and level 4 which teaches the skills and knowledge to aid the learners into full time IT support and helpdesk roles, to software development and social media and digital marketing which respectively have their own distinct career paths.

With level 4 programmes now available for each of our apprenticeships pathways, the level of knowledge and competency these learners complete their training with is just the thing employers are looking for when recruiting.

Like any other sector, salaries within the Tech sector can vary dramatically depending on job title, experience and a whole host of other factors.

You can now also get degree apprenticeships in Digital & Technology solutions. With this you not only get at least 3 years of experience but a level 6 apprenticeship & a degree qualification! Visa Europe is a good example of a company that offers this apprenticeship. [https://www.getmyfirstjob.co.uk/Apprenticeships/DegreeApprenticeships.aspx||I'm interested in degree apprenticeships]
