Who We Are
Learning Skills Partnership work with a number of major employers, offering support in the selection and recruitment of apprentices embarking on long term careers. LSP also specialise in developing custom-made training progammes. With training solutions tailored to your individual needs and that of the businesses they work with, your success and satisfaction is their highest priority. The senior management team and delivery staff are industry experts, meaning LSP have an in depth understanding of their industries.

What We Do
LSP are experts at recruiting and training apprentices as well as working with employers in key sectors; including Automotive Retail and Construction. In Automotive Retail they offer intermediate and advanced apprenticeships in a variety of roles including Vehicle Sales, Customer Services and Business Admin. Through to Construction where they specialise in introducing young people like you to the industry and starting them on a path to professional careers with practical, on the job, work based learning.
Training
Training programmes vary from twelve months to three years depending on the level and type of qualification. Their assessors will visit you in the workplace to carry out training and assessment on the job using a variety of methods including observations, discussions and question and answer sessions. This will allow you to develop the skills and knowledge specific to your role while experiencing the excitement and challenges of a live work environment. LSP are experts in supporting learners through their qualifications. A team of staff are always available as a point of contact to offer guidance and advice. This support starts at recruitment and selection right through to successful completion.
