Early Careers
If individuals are prepared for the world of work, Accenture believes there's no point in delaying. That's why the company offers opportunities for apprentices to join. Their technology careers start there. The apprenticeship programmes provide a balanced mix of training, mentorship, and a genuine head start to careers in technology or consulting. Participants will spend between two to four years, depending on their experience, qualifications, and the degree programme, obtaining either a BSc, BA, or Master’s degree at the programme's conclusion. The newly launched Consulting Degree Apprenticeship programme offers the opportunity to obtain a BSc (Hons) Practitioner in Organisational Management and Leadership & Chartered Manager Status, alongside gaining invaluable work experience. Additionally, the Technology Degree Apprenticeship programmes, available at five locations matched to Accenture's key UK offices, provide the opportunity to obtain a BSc Degree in Digital & Technology Solutions, coupled with invaluable work experience.
